WOW--creative to say the least--------BUT---neither is acceptable as a way to install wireing anytime by either a premise technician or an I/R technician.---PLEASE contact the local supervisor---and ask for a visit-along with a technician with more experienced---AT&T will take care of this kind of install.----IT IS SIMPLE NOT ACCEPTABLE--by AT&T standards.
