OK, I checked, and sure enough, there was something stuck in my outbox. I deleted it, and I was able to receive about 10 emails from Verizon. So, at least we identified that we cannot send. That narrows it down.
I have been on the Verizon web site, where they tell us to go to solve problems. It's like finding your way through a maze to try to send them an email. I understand that they want you to use their FAQ's and knowledge base, but, come on, let's see some customer service.
